IP renumbering maintenance has now completed. User domain that host under third party DNS is advised to update in according to given IP value in the previous announcement.

Dear Client,


In order to provide a better routing performance and more room for us to grow and expand our service, we will process IP renumbering.


Date: 15th Feb 2017 3:00 PM MYT (12:01 AM MST)

Current IP: 68.71.146.28 to New IP: 72.18.132.11

                             

WP13 

Current IP: 68.71.146.173 to New IP: 72.18.132.14


WP14

Current IP: 173.248.157.227 to New IP: 72.18.132.15


Maintenance detail:

Our team will update all the IP directly on the above date if your DNS services hosts with Exabytes.


If you use third party DNS, you will need to perform the renumbering manually from your end.


Maintenance affect:

Every IP renumbering will go through a IP propagation process.


It is similar like telling your caller that you are changing your new mobile number.


Some of the caller (visitors) may still cache with your old mobile number and try to reach you via the old number.


During this transition period, they will fail to reach your site due to the IP switching and they may flush their local DNS to get the IP resolve faster and connect to the new IP that bind to your site/server.
