If you have a domain which already registered with other registrar provider and would like to the domain with this providers, you can remain using their DNS and update your www, CNAME and MX records over to your WordPress hosting server that you have subscribed with WPWebhost.
What's needed is you need to obtained the IP address of your WordPress hosting server to allow you to update the DNS records at your domain registrar. Here's the steps for you to grab the WordPress Hosting Server IP:
1. Login to the client area portal and navigate to your WordPress control panel.
2. On your WordPress control panel, find your website and get the IP address per screen shot below.
3. Note down this IP address and refer your domain registrar or DNS provider documentation to update the DNS A record and MX record to the above IP address.
4. Allow 24-48 hours of DNS propagation to fully resolved.
Until the DNS is fully resolved to our server, the FREE SSL powered by Let's Encrypt may not work as your WordPress does not resolve to our WordPress Web Server IP address.
