The upgrade has been completed successfully. We have resume the client are portal for public access.

Date : 8th Apr 2017 Time : 8.00 AM MDT ETA: 3 hours
Maintenance detail: Access
to the billing portal will be disabled for a duration of 3 hours as we
will be taking down the system for an upgrade maintenance.
Maintenance effects: During
the time of upgrade maintenance, customer will not be able to login to
the system to carry out any new order and payment renewal of the
existing services.
