Where is the relocation destination?

We will be moving all the listed servers from the present shared rack to our own rack.

Reasons of major server relocation?

1. Improve server troubleshooting time - by consolidating our servers onto a our own rack, our engineers will have faster access for any troubleshooting works.

2. Better in security and management - by putting those servers in our own rack, it will not mix with other servers and better in security.

Who will be affected?

All clients host under the above listed servers will be affected by this major server relocation exercise. This includes shared hosting accounts under the following list:

What will happen during the relocation?

1. Our US data centre team will shut down and unplug the servers, and move them from their current rack to new rack.

2. A downtime is to be expected during the relocation exercise. Please be assured that we will keep you informed of the relocation exercise BEFORE, and AFTER the relocation via news.
