We have put together some FAQs to give you more information to help with the transition of your WPWebHost accounts.
1. What happens to my existing products and services?
Your products and services will be migrated to Exabytes's billing system. Upon completion you can login and manage your products and services in https://exabytes.com.
2. What happens to my billing account?
Upon completion of the migration, your billing account will be migrated to the Exabytes's billing system. All your subscriptions and domains will be added to the new billing account.
3. How do I log in?
You will need to log in to Exabytes's billing system at here.(Access to WPWebHost's billing system has been disabled). Before logging into the Exabytes's billing system for the first time, please request a one time password reset here with your registered email address.
4. What happens to my invoices and billing cycles?
Kindly disregard the renewal invoice(s) which was sent to you initially by WPWebHost's billing system. We will cancel the old invoice(s) and re-generate the new renewal invoice(s) using the new billing system. The new invoice(s) shall contain 7 digits which starts with 72xxxxxx
5. What are the accepted payment methods on Exabytes?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and processed through PayPal & Stripe.
6. What will happen to your auto recurring payments?
Your current recurring payments will be cancelled. This will also apply to your Paypal subscriptions and registered credit cards. You will need to login on Exabytes's billing system here and re-enter your Paypal or credit card details and create a new recurring payment for existing unpaid invoices.
7. Are there any changes to the Terms & Conditions?
You will be subjected to Terms and Conditions of Exabytes. To learn more, visit here.
8. What will happen to my Affiliate Membership Program?
All active affiliate members and commissions will be migrated to Exabytes. For all non-active members, you will need to re-register your affiliate account here.
